Judgement or Consequences

The Los Angeles fires in California have been all over the news this past week. I’ve come across a lot of different views on whether this is a judgment from God for their sins or simply the natural consequences of their bad choices.

I feel like if God were to begin pouring out His judgments on the United States, Minnesota might be the first place to feel it, especially with our liberal stance on abortion and LGBTQ+ rights. In contrast to what our governor said when he was a presidential candidate alongside Kamala Harris. He signed into law the most liberal abortion rights of any state. Those who wish to kill children while they are still in the womb or even after they are born are welcome in Minnesota. Well, if God were to kick off His judgments on the United States, it seems like He’d start right here in Minnesota, since we’re apparently deeper in sin than any other state.

It seems like the California fires are really tied to some questionable choices. There’s a lot of focus on protecting animals, and it’s become illegal to clear out underbrush. Plus, the water policies aren’t helping either. And let’s not forget about the firefighters who were let go for refusing to get the COVID vaccine. It’s a complicated situation, for sure.

So, I’m curious—what’s your take on this? And what makes you believe that?

I’m planning to make these little blogs more interactive so I can hear your thoughts on stuff.
Please email me at [email protected] if you are having trouble answering these questions so I can address the issue.

I pray that your week is blessed, and I eagerly await your replies.
