Rev. Gregory J. Martineau

I was born in the 1950s into a family that was constantly on the move because my father was a career noncommissioned officer in the Air Force.

The United States of America is a nation that I love and have served in the Air Force. As a result of this, I have lived in a variety of locations and gained a great deal of knowledge about the many cultures that are found within the United States.

In my early adulthood, I found the Way, the Truth, and Life (Jesus) and became a "Born-Again" Spirit-filled, full gospel Christian.

Throughout my life, I have had many highs and lows, but the one thing that has remained the same is the fact that Jesus is always there to console and direct me. He has taught me a lot of truths and how to live in forgiveness through His Word.

Jesus instilled in me the desire to seek knowledge concerning the End Times. My first intention was to provide a straightforward study of Revelation for my tiny ministry, and that was where everything started.

I strive to put my knowledge of the book of Revelation into a book and ministry that would be understandable for the regular person without a college degree. God did not make his Word a puzzle only a few could understand, but for anyone who desires to know the truth.

Our Approach

Our Vision

Come Up Here Ministry is based on Revelation 4:1 Then as I looked, I saw a door standing open in heaven, and the same voice I had heard before spoke to me like a trumpet blast. The voice said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this."
We desire to reach a lost and dying world with the Truth of Jesus Christ.  This is an Evangelistic Ministry going forth into the world warning people of what is coming and how to escape the coming night.

What We Believe

We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Bible is God's authoritative written revelation to man. We believe in the verbal plenary inspiration of the Scriptures and that they are without error in the original manuscripts. Scripture should be interpreted according to its historical, grammatical, and normal sense.

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, who also took on humanity at His virgin birth, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross to provide for the redemption of all people, bodily rose from the grave, ascended into heaven, and presently is making intercession for us.

We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit; He performs the miracle of new birth in an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life.

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. We believe in the gospel of grace, that by simply and only believing in Jesus Christ alone for the eternal salvation made possible by His death and resurrection, our alienation can be removed and eternal life received.

We believe that once saved, the believer can never lose that salvation, and that it is therefore the privilege of everyone who believes to have assurance of salvation, which is not based on works but on the promises of God's Word.

In addition to believing that grace through faith saves us from the consequences of sin, we also believe that grace through faith empowers us with the Holy Spirit for daily life and victory over sin.

We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, as promised by Jesus to all believers, is a gift received subsequent to new birth (salvation). The baptism in the Holy Spirit enables Christ followers to fully utilize public and private spiritual gifts for the furtherance of the Church and for personal spiritual growth. We believe the evidence of the baptism in the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues.

We believe that daily health and divine healing were purchased by Jesus’ atoning sacrifice. Wisdom for the healthy stewardship of our bodies and divine healing by the laying on of hands are available to every believer.

We believe in the premillennial return of Jesus Christ to earth in power and glory when He will establish the kingdom.

We believe in the imminent pretribulation rapture (catching up, taken away) of the church. We believe that following the rapture of the church, all believers will stand before the judgment seat of Christ, where believers will appear to give an account for how their lives were lived as believers. We believe that Christ Himself will reward faithfulness, and those believers who have lived their lives faithfully will receive rewards in the millennial kingdom and eternal life, while those who have not, will lose their reward (but not their salvation).

We believe those who reject Christ's offer of salvation will suffer eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire with the devil and his angels.
